There’s snow two ways about it, this unique cocktail packs a punch at pre-drinks.
50ml Glen's Vodka
50ml Pineapple juice
25ml Blue Curaçao Syrup
10ml Fresh Lime juice
Coconut Cream and Coconut Milk (pre-freeze for ice cube)
Prep a coconut ice cube: blend coconut cream and milk, freeze in tray. Drop the coconut ice cube into a fancy looking glass. In a shaker with ice, mix Glen's Vodka, pineapple juice, blue curaçao syrup and lime juice. Shake well and strain over coconut ice. Garnish with pineapple or lime wedge. Brrr-illiant!
