Ice, 50ml Glen’s Vodka, 15ml sugar syrup, 60ml pineapple juice, 30ml cranberry juice, 15ml lemon juice, pineapple slice (garnish).
Fill a jug with ice, then add Glen’s Vodka, sugar syrup, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and a good squeeze of fresh lemon. Give it a stir, then pour into a short glass.
